Sokat tanultam, \u00e9s tal\u00e1n m\u00e9g ann\u00e1l is t\u00f6bbet tapasztaltam. Az id\u0151m legnagyobb r\u00e9sz\u00e9t esettanulm\u00e1nyokkal t\u00f6lt\u00f6ttem. Volt id\u0151szak, amikor szinte minden gondolatom e k\u00f6r\u00fcl forgott. \u00daj ter\u00fclet, \u00faj logo.<\/p>\n

100 \u00f6nk\u00e9ntes esettanulm\u00e1ny k\u00e9sz\u00fclt az \u00d6nismereti T\u00e9rk\u00e9p alapj\u00e1n. T\u00f6bb mint 50 csal\u00e1df\u00e1t ismertem meg.
\nKb. 100 konstell\u00e1ci\u00f3s folyamatot vezettem, ezek nagy r\u00e9sze egy\u00e9ni \u00e1ll\u00edt\u00e1s volt, m\u0171v\u00e9szetter\u00e1pi\u00e1s eszk\u00f6z\u00f6kkel \u00f6tv\u00f6zve. Ez b\u0151ven t\u00f6bb, mint 300 egy\u00e9ni \u00fcl\u00e9s. Ha most le\u00edrom egym\u00e1s ut\u00e1n ezeket a sz\u00e1mokat, m\u00e9g nekem is kicsit soknak t\u0171nik.<\/p>\n
3 p\u00e1rhuzamos k\u00e9pz\u00e9s, rengeteg workshop, \u00e9s sok-sok \u00f3ra \u00f6nismereti munka. Sok minden \u00e1trendez\u0151d\u00f6tt bennem ez alatt az id\u0151 alatt.<\/p>\n
M\u00e1s lett a figyelmem, m\u00e1s lett az, ahogyan dolgokra n\u00e9zek. \u00c9s tal\u00e1n az is, ahogyan jelen vagyok bizonyos helyzetekben. Nem hirtelen v\u00e1ltoz\u00e1s ez, ink\u00e1bb egy lass\u00fa folyamat. Olyan, amit k\u00f6zben nem mindig l\u00e1tni tiszt\u00e1n, csak ut\u00f3lag \u00e1ll \u00f6ssze.\u00c9s m\u00e9g most is alakul.<\/p>\n
K\u00f6zben hoztam p\u00e1r k\u00e9pet is ebb\u0151l az id\u0151szakb\u00f3l, a t\u00f6bbit k\u00e9s\u0151bbi\u00a0 bejegyz\u00e9sben l\u00e1tod majd. Nekem sokat jelentenek, tal\u00e1n egy kicsit \u00e1tadnak abb\u00f3l, amin kereszt\u00fclmentem.\u00a0 Ami biztos, hogy ez az \u00fat egyre ink\u00e1bb a m\u0171v\u00e9szetter\u00e1pia fel\u00e9 visz. \u00c9s b\u00e1r p\u00e1r \u00e9vvel ezel\u0151tt val\u00f3sz\u00edn\u0171leg meglep\u0151dtem volna ezen, most m\u00e1r teljesen term\u00e9szetesnek \u00e9rzem az \u00faj ir\u00e1nyt.<\/p>\n

Kedvenc gyerekkori mes\u00e9mb\u0151l gyakorl\u00f3 alkot\u00f3m\u0171hely csoportot hoztam l\u00e9tre. Mesedobozok k\u00e9sz\u00fcltek m\u00e1r nem csak egy\u00e9ni folyamatban. Meger\u0151s\u00f6d\u00f6tt bennem az alkot\u00f3m\u0171hely l\u00e9trehoz\u00e1s\u00e1nak v\u00e1gya. Terveztem, tanultam, tapasztaltam, hib\u00e1ztam, jav\u00edtottam, tanultam bel\u0151le.<\/p>\n
Nem egyik napr\u00f3l a m\u00e1sikra t\u00f6rt\u00e9nt mindez, hanem l\u00e9p\u00e9sr\u0151l l\u00e9p\u00e9sre, sok-sok munk\u00e1val.<\/p>\n

In the past period, you may have noticed that fewer new posts have appeared. The reason for this is now becoming more and more clear.<\/em>I am currently studying in a Complex Art Therapy training program.<\/em>This is the sentence that holds most of my life over the past two years.<\/em><\/p>\n I have learned a lot, and perhaps experienced even more. Most of my time has been spent working on case studies. There were periods when almost all of my thoughts revolved around this.<\/em><\/p>\n I completed 100 voluntary case studies based on the Self-Discovery Map.<\/em> If I list these numbers one after another, it even feels a bit overwhelming to me.<\/em><\/p>\n In parallel, I have been doing 3 different trainings, attending numerous workshops, and spending hundreds of hours in self-exploration. It is the kind of process that does not stop when a session ends.<\/em><\/p>\n A lot has been rearranged within me during this time.<\/em><\/p>\n My attention has changed, the way I see things has changed, and perhaps also the way I am present in certain situations.<\/em><\/p>\n It was not a sudden change, but rather a slow process. Something that is not always clearly visible while you are in it, only makes sense in hindsight.<\/em><\/p>\n And it is still unfolding.<\/em><\/p>\n At the same time, I have brought a few photos from this period, which you will see in the post. They mean a lot to me, and perhaps they convey a little of what I have been going through.<\/em><\/p>\n What is certain is that this path is increasingly leading me toward art therapy. And although a few years ago I would probably have been surprised by this, now it feels completely natural.<\/em><\/p>\n As before, I am still curiously watching where this whole journey will lead.<\/em><\/p>\n In the coming period, I would like to share more of this.
